The BBB Clinic: Photography Masterclass with Jo Williams

  • Impact Hub Brixton (map)
photography masterclass

Our Blogger Clinics are an opportunity for the Black British Blogging community to come together, work together and grow together. These workshops are intimate, learning centred and most importantly fun!

This intensive interactive masterclass will be hosted by experienced photographer Jo Williams! This four hour workshop is a must for bloggers looking to improve the quality of their photography. This workshop has been designed with bloggers in mind so phone and camera photographers are welcome : )

The session will focus on lighting and composition with practical tutorials where you can practise product, portrait (get those OOTD shots on point!) and beauty/fashion photography. Jo will also be bringing along a range of lighting equipment for you to practise with.

Guests will start the day with an introduction to the course before being split into smaller groups and guided by Jo through a series of hands-on tasks. You will be encouraged to try out different lighting options and compositions in different scenarios to see how this can improve/change a photo.

This will be followed by a round table discussion with snacks where you can discuss the photos you've taken and ask Jo questions.  Come prepared with your camera and lots of energy!

Tickets are £45 and available now. Due to the nature of the course, tickets are limited.
